From talking to your local community about what we do, to gathering feedback at live music experiences, volunteering with Music in Hospitals & Care is flexible, fun and rewarding.
We can’t share the healing power of live music without our dedicated and inspirational volunteers.
At Music in Hospitals & Care, we’re committed to making sure volunteering is fun, safe and rewarding. There’s sure to be a role to suit the time you have available, your skills and what you want to do. You’d join our friendly and welcoming team of volunteers and we’ll provide you with the support and training you need for your role.

Be an ambassador
Help raise awareness about Music in Hospitals & Care and funds for live music in your local community. You could do anything from giving a talk about the impact we make at a community group, to distributing leaflets at your local library.
Fundraise
You could help out at a Music in Hospitals & Care event or organise your own fundraiser. Support from volunteers helps us raise vital funds to provide live music for as many people as possible.
Help us show the impact we make
Gather feedback from our live music so we can show the impact of what we do and continue to raise money.
Become a Trustee
Looking to develop new skills and experience while contributing your ideas and knowledge to Music in Hospitals & Care? We recruit trustees at specific times. They oversee everything we do, from helping to set our strategy to being responsible for our finances. Meet our current Trustees.
Help us in the office
Are you organised, efficient and looking to develop your skills? We’d love to have your help at our offices or at health and care settings with our Music Delivery team. Hear from one of our student volunteers, Lesley-Ann, who supported the team in Scotland.
Contact us if you’re interested in offering your time and find out more about the benefits of volunteering.
