Our musician Laura Stephenson, who joined us in 1986, shares her memories of working with the charity over the years.

  • Our Musician Spotlight for May is singer/pianist Alastair Collingwood, who has been working with us in South England since 2018. Alastair’s wide repertoire of classic songs played in a jazz style make him popular both in hospital wards and care home lounges.

  • Our Musician Spotlight for March is Satnam Galsian, who is a favourite on hospital wards in the Leeds area for her performances with musical partner Lisa. They blend British folk and traditional Indian songs with contemporary compositions and arrangements.

  • Our Musician Spotlight for February is soprano Jess Robinson and accompanist Rhiannon Pritchard. The duo’s warm personalities have delighted audiences with their wide repertoire including opera, songs from shows and Welsh favourites since they began working with us in 2014.
