Theory of change

Our Theory of Change shows the ultimate impact we aim to create through how we work and what we do. We measure our success against these outcomes through our evaluation framework.

It was created with input from from our staff, musicians, trustees, and those who experience our live music to explore how change happens in different settings. It helps us adapt our programmes to have the greatest possible impact in the contexts we work in.
