Carmen in the Barn

Llanarth, Monmouthshire 14th April 2019

Music in Hospitals & Care is delighted to announce that Cardiff University Operatic Society are performing Bizet’s Carmen, in aid of the charity.

The event will take place on Sunday 14 April, in a private barn in Llanarth, Monmouthshire, and we would love you to join us. The barn is beautifully-decorated and has full facilities – it’s the perfect location for the ultimate romantic opera, performed with all the verve and enthusiasm we have come to expect from young performers on the cusp of their professional careers.

Tickets are just £20, and include a welcome drink on arrival plus refreshments during the interval. To reserve tickets, please either send a cheque to the address below; ring us and we can take card payment over the phone; or email us and we’ll send bank details for you to make a BACS payment. You can also buy tickets online (which adds a nominal booking fee) on EventBrite.

All proceeds go to supporting the work of our charity, giving the joy of live music to unwell, vulnerable and disadvantaged people across the UK.

Doors open at 5.30pm, and the performance will start at 6.30pm. Directions to the venue and further details will be confirmed to guests nearer the time.
