Celebrate Eurovision with Music in Hospitals & Care

Eurovision 2023 is being hosted right here in the UK this year!

Already having a Eurovision party? Why not turn that party into a fundraising celebration!

By fundraising for Music in Hospitals & Care, you are supporting a charity that improves the health and wellbeing of children and adults through the healing power of live music.

Every year, our professional musicians share live music with people from across the UK who may not otherwise get to experience it. This includes those living with dementia, who have mental health problems, or who are seriously ill.

You can start your own fundraiser or donate straight to Music in Hospitals & Care here.

How could you host a Eurovision party? Here are a few ideas:

  1.  Eurovision party night: Bring food, drinks and outfits from Eurovision countries 🌍
  2.  Eurovision Karaoke: A fun night filled with songs, laughter and dancing while singing your heart out to classic Eurovision entries 🎤
  3.  Good Old Fashioned Quiz: Come together with your friends and family to host a quiz about past and present years – make sure to have a fun prize to be won! 📝
  4.   Eurovision Bake Off: Challenge your friends and family to bake a traditional dish from one of the countries in the contest 🧁

Student Volunteering Week: Molly

It’s Student Volunteering Week, and we’re celebrating the important role student volunteers play in helping us share the joy of live music with communities across the UK.

Children’s Mental Health Week: Reuben’s Retreat

We’ve been sharing the joy of live music with children, their families and staff at Reuben’s Retreat in Glossop. The sessions are designed to soothe and support children with life limiting illnesses and offer an opportunity for families to connect with others who understand their experience.

Special live music for Burns Night

Burns Night celebrates the poems and songs of Scotland’s national bard Robert Burns and his lasting legacy. Our musician John Davidson is sharing two special live music experiences at Woodend Hospital in Aberdeen to commemorate the day.
