Location: Edinburgh, Hybrid (minimum two days a week in the office)
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,570 per annum
Contract: Permanent

As the Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for all enquiries and provide essential administrative, financial, and database support.

We’re looking for someone with experience in an administrative role within an office environment and excellent communication skills. You should be highly organised with a great eye for detail and be able manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in standard Microsoft 365 software is essential.
While not essential, experience maintaining a database or CRM system and having worked in the charity or not-for-profit sector before would be of benefit. Experience using Beacon CRM and knowledge of data protection and fundraising best practices are also desirable.
The successful applicant will require a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) or equivalent check.
