A fundraising concert in aid of Music in Hospitals & Care is being held in the beautiful setting of  St James Garlickhythe Church,  Upper Thames Street London. Wine and canapes are included in the ticket price and will be served at the church from 6.30pm onwards. The music will start at 7.30pm and conclude at approx. 9.20pm.
The varied programme will feature organ, piano and cello music, including a performance of Tales from the 15th Floor by the contemporary composer Michael Stimpson, reflecting on his own experiences in an NHS intensive care unit. The evening will end with a flourish of Liszt on the piano, and a selection of favourite opera arias from our Trustee and renowned Welsh baritone, Jeremy Huw Williams.
This will be a great evening to experience the joy of live music together in this beautiful setting.
